Sign-in to your Parchment (opens in new window) account. Clicking on "Orders." Under "Where's my transcript?" you will see the status in orange.

Click Track on the bottom right of the Your Transcript tile. You will land on the tracking page. Find your order and look at the orange text under Where's my transcript?. To track your order click here.

Go to , enter your order number and email address, then click ?View Status.? The current order status will be displayed. For the full recipient order history and delivery information, click the ?View Details? button to the right of the current order status.

Information In the Sign In box, enter your transcript order number and the email address you used to place the order, then click ?View Status.? ... The current status of your order, with date and timestamp, will display on the main Order Summary screen for each recipient.

The transcript stored in your Parchment account will not update automatically when new grades come in. Therefore, you would need to send a request to your school to have them deliver the latest version of your transcript to your Parchment account.

Official transcripts may be ordered online through National Student Clearinghouse for all students and delivered electronically in 24 to 48 hours. Ordered Online-Delivered by Electronic PDF: a secure link will be delivered to the recipient's email address, with a password provided.

Parchment sends transcripts to receiving institutions when schools approve the order and upload the transcript records to Parchment. Parchment notifies the student, via email, as soon as the school has made the student's records available to Parchment. Parchment sends the electronic transcript immediately.

If you are requesting your transcript to be mailed, the normal delivery method is through first class mail. Transcripts are produced one to three days after your order is received. Allow another five to seven days for delivery via United States Postal Service.
