Style Photo Paper For Free

Lately I've been having lots of fun painting on photo paper. Photo paper has a slick surface which means the color that you apply to the surface moves and slides around creating some really amazing and beautiful effects. All you really need for this process is photo paper and color.

Insert paper, glossy or printable side up and short edge first, against the right side and behind the tab. If you are inserting a stack of paper, fan the sheets first and tap the stack on a flat surface to even the edges.

Inside the paper tray you will see the sticker like an image shown below. The lines on the corner of the symbol (surrounded by a red border in the image) show that this is the side that the photo will print onto, and therefore it should be face down.

Put the side to be printed on face up with the leading edge (top) of the paper in first. To print on the second side, put the paper face down, with the leading edge (top) of the paper in first. If letterhead paper is used, put it in with the heading face down and in first.

If paper has print side (front or back), such as photo paper, load it with the whiter side (or glossy side) facing down.
