When a seller sells their home, there is paperwork that needs to be signed and usually one or two documents that will need to be notarized. These signing are usually around 20-30 pages and pay less than a traditional refinance or purchase signing, but they usually take half the time.

For most legal documents, the last page is referred to as the signing page. It usually has a dark line indicated for the signature and the name of the individual or company name underneath. There may also be a line to print your name or to fill in contact information.

Signature blocks often contain the name of the party, the names and titles of people (either entities or human beings) signing on behalf of that party, and contact information for that party.

Description of the deed title: The description of the deed title, which starts with the name of the deed and so the deed must contain the accurate title, i.e. ?This Deed of Partnership? or ?This Deed of Sale?.

Deeds must be in writing and will typically be executed in the presence of a witness, although in the case of a company a deed may be executed effectively by two directors or a director and the company secretary. Specific wording should also be included above the signature blocks.
