The commencement date of a lease is the date that marks the beginning of the period of time during which a lessee is entitled to exercise the right to use a leased asset. This is the date on which lease accounting begins.

The lessor (s) has / have at the request of the Lessee agreed to grant to the Lessee a lease of the premises more fully described in Schedule hereunder and the Lessee has agreed to take the premises on lease under the terms and conditions specified herein below.

Lease Execution Date: This is the date that both parties, typically the landlord and tenant, sign the lease. Often times the parties sign on different days. In this case, the latest date is the official lease execution date.

A Lease Deed is a contract between the lessor (owner of the property) and the lessee (the tenant of the property) for the use of the said property on a lease rental basis. It is similar to a rent agreement between a landlord and a tenant, but is usually executed for a longer time period- at least more than one year.

Lease Date means the date on which the Lease is executed and becomes binding and effective on the parties thereto. Lease Date means the date specified in the Basic Lease Provisions, which shall be the effective date of execution of this Lease by Landlord and Tenant unless otherwise provided in this Lease.

A lease expiration occurs at the end of the lease term when the lease is no longer valid. At this point, the contractual relationship between the landlord and tenant ceases to exist. When a lease expires, the tenant no longer has the right to live on the property.

Definition of Lease Section 105 states the definition of a lease which states that it is a transfer of immovable property for a particular time period for a consideration of which the transferee has accepted the terms surrounding the agreement.

Basically, It is a contract between two parties Lessor and Lessee, where the lessor is the one who purchases the goods or equipment while lessee is an individual who possesses that goods or equipment. That means lessee use that equipment for a specific purpose with some promises.
