NOTE: The warranty is valid for 30 days. If you send us a warranty request after this period, you will be responsible for the shipping costs if we accept your claim.

If a composite hockey stick/shaft is broken due to a manufacturing defect, within 30 days of being ordered, it may be eligible for replacement. In most cases, replacements are handled by the manufacturer directly. This warranty does not extend to pro stock: hockey sticks, shafts or replacement blades.

All Composite Player and Goalie Stick Warranties are 30 days from the date of purchase. All other Protective Equipment and Bags have a 90 day warranty from date of purchase.

Warranty Period For new BAUER products, the standard warranty is 12 months or 1,000 operating hours*, whichever comes first, beginning on the Warranty Start Date** to the first user.

One-Time Full Replacement Warranty - Retail model sticks are eligible for a standard 30 day manufacturer's warranty issued through HockeyStickMan. The full purchase value of the stick will be issued in the form of a HockeyStickMan gift card.

STICK WARRANTY Bauer offers a 30-day limited North American Warranty on composite sticks. If a claim is submitted within 30 days of purchase, Bauer Hockey will provide a one-time replacement of your player or goalie composite stick if damaged due to a manufacturer defect.

STICKS. OPS Sticks and Composite Shafts (Player and Goalie) are warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of sale to the consumer when used as intended under normal use and without alterations.

Stick Warranties Now Handled Directly At Pure Hockey Bring your entire broken stick plus original receipt or packing list to your nearest Pure Hockey location. Staff will assist you in immediately replacing with equivalent stick, or ordering or substituting if equivalent is not available.

Due to the personalization aspect of these products, once a custom order has been placed, it cannot be refunded at this time.

For the hockey player, True Temper's ?TRUE? sticks have a one-time replacement warranty for breakage during normal use within (30) days of purchase.
