Split Company Permit For Free

Split Company Data Gateway of Tally > Alt+Y (Data) > Split > Split Data, to open the Split Company Data screen. Select the required company from the List of Companies. Enter the required date in the Split from field, and press Enter to proceed.

Split company data, this will help you to: Reduce data size. Secure old data and start work in a different folder. Maintain separate folders for each financial year.

Go to Gateway of Tally > F3 : Cmp Info > Split Company Data > Select Company . Select the required company for which the data has to be split. Enter or retain the Split from date. Press Enter to split the data. Data will split into two periods.

(C) The Split from date is based on the existing data, and is considered as the beginning of the current financial year. (D) Once the company data is split, two separate companies will be created and opened, without any changes to the original data. (E) After the split, all the companies act as separate companies.

Here's how: Press Alt+F3 (Select Company), and load the new member company. Press Alt+K (Company) > Alter, and select the group company. In the Member companies field, select the new member company from the List of Companies. Accept the screen. As always, you can press Ctrl+A to save.

This happens when there are multiple user roles. For instance, if there are three users ? Admin, B, and C. And you log in with username B or C that do not have administrative rights, you will not see an option to split the data.
