Step 1: Set the Title Field optional Navigate to the list settings >> Click on the ?Title? column under the ?Columns? section. Set the ?Require that this column contains information? to ?No? and save your changes.

The Title field is used to create the record title that serves as the primary identifier of a record. It is automatically generated based on the fields you choose. Up to 5 fields within the app can be appended together to set the record title.

The Title field is a required field in SharePoint and must be on the form if you are binding it to a SharePoint list when you submit it. You can set the visibility of the field to false, so it doesn't appear on the form.
