Word automatically adds a break at the end of each page. You can also insert a manual page break anytime you want to start a new page in your document. Put your cursor where you want one page to end and the next to begin. Go to Insert > Page Break.

You can drag-and-drop page breaks horizontally and vertically. If this isn't working, you can check that drag-and-drop is enabled. To do that, go to File > Options. If you're using Excel 2007, click the Microsoft Office Button icon (in the top left corner of the program) > Excel Options.

After you open the Print dialog box, dashed lines appear on your sheet that indicate where pages will break.

On the Review tab, click Protect Sheet. In the Allow all users of this worksheet to list, select the elements you want people to be able to change. Move the pointer to cells for which the Locked box is checked on the Protection tab of the Format Cells dialog box. By default, users are allowed to select locked cells.
