If you would like change your Spectrum Mobile phone number, please contact us at (833) 224-6603. You'll be assigned a new number in your area code. Note: Only the primary account holder is authorized to request a new phone number. We are unable to process requests for specific phone numbers.

You will be charged a one-time upgrade fee if you purchase a new device at full retail or through the device payment plan.

To return or exchange a Mobile Device purchased at a Spectrum Mobile store, please go to any Spectrum Mobile store that is stocked with Mobile Device inventory (which is identified as Mobile Demo In-Store under our Store Locator) within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase to initiate your return/exchange.

Even if you think your phone is working perfectly, it may be time for a new device if it's been 2 or 3 years since your last switch. Over that amount of time, phones have changed enough that you'll notice significant differences in things like screen size, display resolution and camera quality.

If you're enrolled in the Spectrum Mobile Protection Plan, there's no additional fee to upgrade your device. For customers without the Spectrum Mobile Protection Plan, a $45 upgrade fee will apply if your device isn't paid in full. Will upgrading my device change my data plan?

You're responsible for returning modems, routers, Spectrum receivers and any auxiliary equipment provided by Spectrum. You're not required to return any remotes, splitters or cables that came with your equipment.

On your Android device, open Settings Google Manage your Google Account. At the top, tap Personal info. In the "Contact info" section, tap Phone. Select the phone number that you want to make changes to. Next to your number, select Delete Remove number. At the top left, tap Back . At the top, tap Security.

To change your name, phone number or email address: Sign in. You'll be taken to the Your Info section within Settings. Under Contact Info, select Manage and make your updates. Select Save.
