Enter ?Form 6781, Part I? on line 1 in column (a). Enter the gain or (loss) in column (h). Leave all other columns blank. If you are not deferring any of this amount due to an investment in a QOF, include this amount on Schedule D (Form 1040), line 11; or on Schedule D (Form 1041), line 11.
