Protect Initials Paper For Free

You can store and preserve your paper documents in a few different ways. I organized my letters and other documents in acid-free folders, and keep them in an acid-free box. I also have archival-safe, acid-free plastic sleeves that I have also used.

Unlike an acrylic spray sealer, hairspray is neither waterproof nor permanent. Acrylic sealer spray provides a convenient way to create waterproof origami. Spray the paper before folding it or apply it to the finished product.

Spray It. Clear polyurethane coating, clear acrylic spray paint and lacquer spray sealers -- all waterproof paper. These sprays are relatively inexpensive and available in various finishes, such as matte, satin, glossy and high-gloss.

Clear Nail Polish. Coating origami with clear nail polish is, by far, the most economical waterproofing method for small pieces.

Using a Spray Fixative to Waterproof Envelopes and Paper If you're working on a batch of envelopes (like for a wedding or an event), a permanent spray fixative is probably a better fit than MicroGlaze. Spray fixatives allow you to treat several envelopes at once.

Acrylic sealer spray provides a convenient way to create waterproof origami. Spray the paper before folding it or apply it to the finished product. Use acrylic sealer spray on origami wreaths to hang on your door or on outdoor wedding decorations.

Simply close the flap of the envelope, and stick the Sellotape across the flap onto the envelope to seal. To ensure security, you may want to Sellotape the entire seal to guarantee that the envelope flap will stay shut.

The ideal place to store a set of letters is in an indoor closet or shelf (away from direct sunlight) in your living space. This storage placement will also prevent excess moisture from wrinkling the pages or perhaps causing the ink to run, and the lack of excess light will keep the letters from fading over time.
