Skills Required to Become a Release Manager B.Tech in Computer Science or an equivalent degree. Project management experience. Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CD/CI) pipelines. Experience in working with DevOps and Agile methodologies. Working knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle.

The release scope should be based on your release vision, your user feedback, your market research, and your technical feasibility. The release scope should also consider the dependencies and constraints that may affect the delivery of the release, such as resources, budget, timeline, quality, security, and compliance.
