To insert a page break using a keyboard shortcut, simply press Ctrl+Shift+Enter. This will insert a page break above the active cell. If you want to insert a page break below the active cell, you can press Ctrl+Shift+Enter and then press the down arrow key. This will move the page break below the active cell.

Word automatically adds a break at the end of each page. You can also insert a manual page break anytime you want to start a new page in your document. Put your cursor where you want one page to end and the next to begin. Go to Insert > Page Break.

On the View tab, in the Workbook Views group, click Page Break Preview. on the status bar. To move a page break, drag the page break to a new location. Note: Moving an automatic page break changes it to a manual page break.

From the dropdown menu, select Insert Page Breaks. This will open the Page Breaks dialog box. In the Page Breaks dialog box, you can set the condition that will trigger the page break. For example, you can set the condition to insert a page break after every 10 rows of data, or after a specific value in a column.

If manual page breaks that you add don't work, you may have the Fit To scaling option selected (Page Layout tab -> Page Setup group -> click Dialog Box Launcher Button image -> Page). Change the scaling to Adjust to instead. On the picture below, you can see 3 horizontal page breaks added.

In the Word, you can force a page break by positioning your cursor at the appropriate place and pressing Ctrl+Enter.

Open the Page layout menu. This will open a selection of editing options at the top of the editor. Click Adjust Page Breaks. This will cause Add page break buttons to appear throughout the resume.

On the View menu, click Page Break Preview. , and then drag the page break line to a new location. Note: When you move an automatic page break, it changes to a manual page break. Manual page breaks are not adjusted automatically.
