Payment Record means the recordation of principal and interest payments made a part of the Bond.

When you select a payment order, the top screen area displays the main attributes of the selected payment order on different tab pages. Displays information such as the status, check amounts of items and currency, processing dates, posting date, due date, value date, and the number of items in the payment order.

Orders and Order Summaries The order capture triggers the creation of an order and an order summary. The order, which represents the original order transaction, becomes the foundation of the order summary. At this point, all the information in the order summary matches the information in the order.

The Order Payment Summary object represents one or more payments that use the same payment method and are associated with the same order summary. The order payment summary's values are the sums of the values of the included payments. Unlike most summary objects, there's no corresponding Order Payment object.

When the invoice is paid, the amount is recorded as a debit to the accounts payable account; thus, lowering the credit balance. The higher the accounts payable, the higher its credit balance is, and the lower the accounts payable, the lower its credit balance.

The payment summary should show each payee how much you paid them in the financial year, and how much you withheld from the payments.
