Map Title Voucher For Free

Open the sales voucher in the Accounting Invoice mode. Press Alt+G (Go To) > Create Voucher > press F8 (Sales). Alternatively, Gateway of Tally > Vouchers > press F8 (Sales). Press Ctrl+H (Change mode) > select Accounting Invoice. The voucher is in Accounting Invoice mode if you can see the Particulars column.

Go to Gateway of Tally and click on the "Inventory Vouchers" option. Select the "Sales Voucher" option. In the "Sales Voucher" screen, select the customer's ledger "M/s Maran Pvt Ltd" in the "Party A/c Name" field. Select the sales ledger for "Sales Account" in the "Name" field.

Voucher Entry Configuration Go to Gateway of Tally > F12: Configure > Voucher Entry . The Voucher Configuration screen appears as shown below: Enable the required options. Press Ctrl+A to accept.

A voucher usually contains the following information: Supplier identification number. The amount payable. The date on which payment will be made. The accounts payable to record the liability. Any valid early payment discount terms. The approval signature or stamp.

Sales Voucher is used to record the Sales transactions of the company. You can pass an entry using the Voucher mode or the Invoice mode where the calculations can be automated and the transactions can be fed into the system easily.

Displaying Group Vouchers Go to Gateway of Tally > Display >Account Books > Group Vouchers. Select the option Group Voucher and then Select Group Name e.g. Current Assets Press Enter . Press F2: Period and change the period, if required. The following screen is displayed as shown:
