Select the paragraphs that you want to keep together on a page. On the Format menu, click Paragraph, and then click the Line and Page Breaks tab. Select the Keep with next check box.

Step 1: Put the cursor before the part of document you will protect, and then click the Breaks > Continuous on the Page Layout tab. Page breaks remain visible when you close and reopen the workbook after saving it. To turn them off, click the File tab, click Options, click the Advanced category, scroll down to the Display options for this worksheet section, and clear the Show page breaks check box.

If you need to delete a page break, you must turn off Track Changes, delete the break (make sure you're in Normal view), and enable Track Changes when you're done. To quickly disable and enable Track Changes, just double-click the TRK section in the Status bar or press [Ctrl]+[Shift]+E.

You can quickly create a manual (forced) page break by clicking the Page Break button in the Pages group on the Insert tab. To see more Breaks options, on the Page Layout tab, in the Page Setup group click the Breaks button to see a drop down viewing pane of Page Breaks options and definitions (see Figure below).
