Limit Line Contract For Free

Line items (individual credit/debit items which must net to zero, at a maximum of 999 lines)

?Construction Cost Limitation? or ?CCL? means the maximum monetary amount payable to the Design/Build Contractor for all Construction Phase services, materials, labor and other work required for completion of the Work in ance with the Contract Documents.

Fixed Limit Cost of Construction means the total cost budgeted by the Owner for those portions of the entire Project to be designed or specified by the Design Professional.

Limits of construction means the area occupied by the completed roadway or landing, including the cut bank, fill slope, and the area cleared for the purpose of constructing the roadway or landing.

Construction Cost Limitation (CCL) means the maximum funding authorized by and available to Owner to pay for the construction of the Project, exclusive of: (I) furniture, fixtures and other equipment (FFE) not in the Contract; (ii) Owner's Contingency; and (iii) any design and/or commissioning fees.

Contract Number means, with respect to any Contract included in the Trust, the number assigned to such Contract by the Servicer, which number is set forth in the related Schedule of Contracts.

A limit line is a wide white line that shows the drivers where to stop before an intersection or crosswalk. If there is no limit line, stop before you enter the crosswalk. If there is no crosswalk, stop before you enter the intersection.

Construction limits means the area, as indicated in the contract documents, that the contractor will be allowed to work". This area may or may not be isolated from the security area of the institution. Limits to be confirmed at construction start-up meeting.
