Limit Date Diploma For Free

Most undergraduates receive their diplomas 4-6 weeks after the official graduation date for the term and most graduates receive their diplomas 8-10 weeks after the official graduation date.

HOW TO OBTAIN YOUR DIPLOMA. Diplomas will be sent to the mailing address indicated on your CUNYfirst record within three-four months of your official graduation conferral date. You will be notified at your Hunter College email address once your diploma has been sent.

To have the diploma mailed to you, follow the instructions stated on the Request for Diploma to be Mailed form. The letter must contain your name, date of birth, social security or ID number, a copy of your photo ID, and the complete mailing address of where you would like your diploma sent.

A diploma program is relatively shorter to complete than a degree program. Depending on the course and institution, you can typically pursue a diploma within one to three years. Universities or colleges can offer part-time programs when taking degree and diploma courses, depending on the institution and course.

The diploma will be mailed to your "Home Address" via the United State Post Office by first class mail. Graduated Student: In order for your original diploma to be mailed to you, you will need to provide all of the requested information on the Diploma Mail Request Form.

Your diploma will be ready a few months after you have been confirmed as a graduate of the college. Once your diploma is ready it will be mailed to the address on file. To verify the address on file, contact the Registrar's Office at qchub@qc.cuny.edu.

Summary. Date conferred is the date you officially graduated from your degree program. Often times this is not the date of your graduation ceremony since your school needs to you met all of your requirements for your degree. You can find this date by looking up your official transcript.

Note that the diploma size is 16" x 13" and weighs less than 1 lb.
