To stick a note to any Microsoft word document, right-click on the note title and choose the Stick To Window option from the menu, as shown in the below picture. Alternatively, press Ctrl+W from within the sticky note.

Press and hold the Shift key, click on a blank area in the Storm near the stickies you want to copy, and drag the cursor over the stickies you would like to select. The selected sticky notes will have a blue border around them.

You can also add bullets and numbering inside the sticky notes from the formatting menu. To directly add bullets inside the notes press Ctrl+Shift+L.

To add a new sticky note with Stickies, you can double-click the Stickies icon at the system tray or use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + N if you are already on a sticky note. You can create new sticky notes not only in a plain text format but also from the content in Clipboard, Screen Area, or Screenshot.

I take all my meeting notes in my bujo. I write them in a different color than tasks, and I indeed them using the same color I took them in.I'll take notes for miscellaneous projects or interesting one-off things in my bullet journal, but my notes for class get their own notebooks.
