Install Payment Record For Free

Salesforce Billing allows for three ways to create payments. Accounts Receivable users can manually create a payment record. Admins can create a payment run that evaluates posted invoices on scheduled intervals. It then makes payments based on the related account's payment method.

Enable Salesforce Payments From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Payments . From the left navigation, select Payments. Verify that Digital Experiences is enabled and that the Experience site is activated. Click Enable then exit Setup.

From the QuickBooks Home page or the Customers menu, select Receive Payment. In the Received From drop-down, select the customer's name. Enter the Amount received. Make sure the date is correct, then choose the Payment method.

From Banking, open the required bank account. Choose New Entry then Purchase / Payment, then select the Supplier Payment tab. Complete the details of the payment. For a new supplier, choose Add a supplier from the drop down list.

In Experience Builder, add the Salesforce Payments component to the store Checkout component, and select the Enable saved payment methods checkbox. In Experience Builder, add the Saved Payment Method page to the My Account Navigation List Menu component.

Create a Payment Record Manually Go to your account and click Payment Center. On the Make a Payment page, click By Amount and then click Next. Enter the total amount for your payment record and click Save. ... Choose your payment method and then click Pay Now.

A Payment Record is a re-usable collection of instructions, such as an account number or name of payment receiver relating to the issuance of a payment.
