Fix Comment Voucher For Free

A voucher is a claim for reimbursement of actual expenses you incurred and payment of allowances you earned while you were TDY.

1. On the DTS Dashboard select Create Amendment under Options next to a voucher. 2. Enter comments about the amendment, then select Create Amendment and acknowledge all pop-ups.

Call 1-888-332-7366 (DSN 699-0300) the self-service telephone line to find out if your voucher has been paid. You will need your social security number and telephone self-service PIN. Read this guide to get a PIN or create a new one. The self-service line is for travelers not using the Defense Travel System (DTS).

During in-processing your Soldier will fill out a Travel Voucher for certain reimbursable expenses. Funds are direct deposited in 10 days to GTCC or bank account. Finance documents for In-processing: 2 copies PCS Orders, with Amendments.

This is for travelers not using DTS. Contact the Customer Care Center 1-888-332-7411....To check your status: Enter your travel order/authorization number. Upon completion of your FUNDED travel authorization/orders you must file a travel voucher/claim within 5 days of return. Click on Official Travel; Select 'Vouchers' you will see a hyperlink 'Create New Voucher from Authorization'. Select the appropriate trip to create the voucher against.

CTO AMENDMENT: Identifies that a travel document has been changed after it has been approved. CTO CANCELLED: Identifies that a travel document has been cancelled and queued back to DTS by the CTO.
