Turn on All Markup view?you'll see ALL comments, whether they are associated with deleted text or not. Turn on the Reviewing Pane (Review tab > Tracking group), where you'll also see all comments, insertions, deletions etc.

To reverse the resolution, select the comment again and select the Resolve button in the Review ribbon.

Method 2: Modify ?Comment Text? Style At first, click ?Home? tab. Then click ?Styles? button to open the same name window. Modern Comments are available only if you're using Word for Microsoft 365. If you're using an older version of Office, you'll still see comments from other users, but in the classic Comments experience.

The Comment failed to post YouTube error can arise because of Google's anti-spam measures, ad-blocking extensions, and VPN restrictions among other things. Make sure you aren't spamming messages to avoid the failed to post comment error on YouTube.

Resolving comments will fade them out, but they're still immediately visible. Deleting comments will remove them entirely.

Select the Review tab on the ribbon. Select the Resolve button. Comments can also be resolved by right-clicking them and selecting Resolve Comment from the contextual menu. For Office Online, comments are resolved by clicking the three dots in the upper corner of the comment and clicking Resolve Thread.

There are two ways you can delete or remove comments from a Word document: To delete a single comment in the document, right-click the comment, and choose Delete Comment. To delete all the comments in the document, go to the Review tab, click the down-arrow on Delete, and choose Delete All Comments in Document.
