Because Fitbit products often withstand a lot of abuse from exercising and outdoor use, it's usually best to get a Fitbit extended warranty for protection that extends well beyond the one-year manufacturer's warranty.

To obtain warranty service, a return authorization must be requested from our customer service team. To request a return authorization, please contact Customer Service here. The return authorization number must be included along with your returned product.

If you have an existing Fitbit device, log into Fitbit and remove the old device. Next, you will add your NEW Fitbit activity tracker to the Fitbit App. Note: If you are adding a new device to your Fitbit account, you must first remove your existing device, then add the new device. DO NOT create a new Fitbit account.
