Your high school transcript will typically include: A list of all classes that you took in high school. The year that you took each class organized by date, with your most recent classes listed last. The grades that you obtained in each class. Your graduation date and year.

Colleges expect the part of the application that comes from YOU to arrive by the deadline (and this includes financial aid forms, too, when required). But if a part that comes from elsewhere (counselor forms, transcript, teacher recommendations, test scores) shows up a bit late, it will not be a problem for you.

It includes your enrollment history, grades that you got, credits earned and attempted and average of grade-point. The classes would be arranged in chronological format by the enrollment semester or the quarter. The grade-point average may be given individually for each quarter, but total cumulative average is given.

To obtain an unofficial transcript, go to your MyFIT account and log in with your username and password, select: High School/Student. Online Information System. Student. Student Records & Student Accounts. Unofficial Student Transcript > SUBMIT.

The transcript may list other schools you attended, as well as transfer credits you received from those schools. Official documentation. An official transcript also contains a seal, signature, or other official documentation indicating the document came from the registrar's office.

Transcripts must be sent directly from the college/university registrar OR sent electronically from services such as eSCRIP-SAFE, Parchment, and National Student Clearinghouse.

Official transcripts are issued in portrait format and contain the seal of the university and the signature of the University Registrar. Unofficial transcripts are available to current students via self-service from the Student Information System.
