All illuminated "Lit Logos" come with a 12 month warranty on all electrical components. Before submitting a warranty repair request, please go through our Troubleshooting Steps to try to fix the problem. This will fix 95% of all issues people have with their logo.

If you would like to make a warranty claim, please fill out the warranty form with all the necessary details. A claim can only be made for purchases from On directly or from authorized retailers and requires proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, our warranty claim is only good for a year after purchasing the shoes.

Claims are entertained only against manufacturing defects and admissible when shoes have been appropriately used. No claim is admissible on socks & body wears. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, misuse, accident or neglect. The warranty does not cover the laces of the shoe.

11.1 For defects resulting from production or material errors, On shall provide a replacement product free of charge. All further warranty or guarantee claims are hereby expressly excluded. Your obligations to inspect the wares and declare any defects, along with the warranty period, are based on statutory regulations.

Limited Warranty. A full warranty replaces or repairs the product within the promised period. Whether it's for 1 year or a lifetime, you can be sure that the company will replace the product in case it's damaged within that time frame.
