Open the file with the PDF Editor. Click on the highlighter icon. Pick the color and thickness. Drag your cursor over the text you'd like to highlight.

Click and drag the cursor to select the area of text you want to highlight. A small toolbox will appear above your text. Select the highlighter tool icon and it will automatically highlight your selected text. To modify, click on the highlighted area, and a new toolbox will appear.

Circle and box highlights can also be moved and resized. To move or resize the highlight, choose Tools > Text Tool or Tools > Note Tool, and use the mouse. Drag the black box to resize.
