Click the name of the first contact in the list to whom you want to send the fax. Press and hold the Ctrl key as you click other names to add to the Message Recipients list for the fax. After you select all the recipients for the fax, click the To-> button to add them to the Message Recipients list box.

Fax numbers are localized to specific regions where you want to send or receive fax documents. For example, if you do business in area code 555, your fax number will begin with 555 and be followed by the standard seven digits of a phone number, so a fax number example would be 555-123-4567.

Dial a leading '1' when sending a fax only if you would dial a '1' for a regular phone call. As fax works over the phone network, all fax numbers are simply phone numbers and should be dialed the same way as a regular phone call.Local calls can be 7 or 10 digits depending on whether the region has 10 digit dialing.

In the United States and Canada, they are 10 digits in length (including a 3 digit area code).

(Broadcasting) Broadcasting is automatically sending the same fax message to multiple fax numbers. You can include Groups, One-Touch numbers, and Speed Dial numbers in a Broadcast.

In the "To:" field, enter the recipient's fax number followed by @efaxsend.com. For example: To send to the U.S. fax number +1 323 555 1234, enter 13235551234@efaxsend.com where 1 equals the country code; 323 is the area code; and 5551234 is the fax number.

For reading convenience, a fax number may contain any characters, such as hyphens, parentheses etc. Any non-digit character is ignored, with the exception of a plus sign, which is used as a generic International Access Code.
