Extend Name Certificate For Free

The application for the company name reservation shall be applied in Part A of SPICe + form. Once the MCA approves the name, the MCA will reserve the name for 20 days and in those 20 days the applicant needs to submit the remaining documents and complete the Company Incorporation process.

Our team will proceed with the application for the extension in the reservation of the company name by entering the same credentials that you used for the first time. You may choose the period of extension for 40 days, 60 days to be counted from the expiry of 40 days or 60 days to be counted from the expiry of 20 days.

-(1) A name applied for shall be deemed to resemble too nearly with the name of an existing company, if, and only if, after comparing the names applied for with the name of an existing company by disregarding the matters set out in sub-rule (2), the names are same.

Provided that in case of an application received for reservation of name or for change of its name by an existing company, the Registrar may reserve the name for a period of 60 days from the date of approval.

4. Validity of Name Reservation Form. The approved name will be reserved for 20 days from the date of approval. The applicant must file the form for incorporation within such period otherwise the name will get expired.

Provided that in case of an application for reservation of name or for change of its name by an existing company, the Registrar may reserve the name for a period of sixty days from the date of approval.

Extension of validity of reserved name: The user will also have an option to extend the reserved name validity beyond 20 days. A separate functionality (not a part of SPICe+ Part A webform) has been provided for the same. Refer section 2.2 for the process for extension of reserved name validity.

The reservation period for names reserved for change in the name of an existing company is 60 days. In case the names reserved for Limited Liability Partnerships Company, the period for both new company registration and name change of the existing company is 90 days.

.pfx (PKCS12) A PKCS12 file has an extension of . pfx. It contains a certificate (CA-issued certificate or self-signed certificate) and a corresponding private key. Use this format to transfer the contents of a keystore to a separate computer.

Once the SSL Certificate expire, it is not possible to extend its expiry date as it is hardcoded and encrypted in the certificate itself. So to extend the date we need to sign a new CSR with new or existing business details and install that fresh certificate on the server.
