You must call 1 (800) 523-5993 to initiate a warranty claim. You will need the receipt as proof of purchase.

If your NutriBullet stops working midway, switch it off or unplug immediately from the main switch. You may also want to dislocate the NutriBullet's casing to check on the internal parts and whether they are exposed. To maintain your NutriBullet's elements, don't toss it in the dishwasher.
