Universal Orlando has announced the Hogwarts Express, the train attraction that allows guests to travel between both Wizarding Worlds, will temporarily close for a brief refurbishment. The attraction will be closed from December 10 through December 16, 2023. Please keep in mind that these dates can change.

The Hogwarts Express was the name of the train that ran between London King's Cross Station Platform 9¾ and Hogsmeade station. It made this run about six times a year, maybe more, as needed. It also made the run back again to London at the end of term in June.

You cannot purchase a single ticket just to ride the Hogwarts Express, so technically while it will cost you a park-to-park ticket, it does not cost any extra. You will never have to purchase a ticket to ride only the Hogwarts Express, so make sure you are buying the right ticket if you're wanting to ride it.

If you have any Harry Potter fans in the group, then I would definitely not skip the Hogwarts Express. It really is a fun experience if you have never done it before. It's just a train that take you from 1 park to the other in about 5 minutes time, but I think is a must for any Potterheads.

Tickets for the West Coast Railways Hogwarts Express are priced at $50 (INR 4106) for an adult and $28 (INR 2299) for a child up to age 12.

You'll need a Park-to-Park ticket to ride the Hogwarts? Express and visit both lands of The Wizarding World of Harry Potter?. The train travels between Hogsmeade? in Universal's Islands of Adventure and Diagon Alley? in Universal Studios Florida.

You can go on the train as many times as you like as long as you have a ticket to both parks! The queues for the trains when we were there were 10 minutes - enjoy your trip!!
