Tap edit in the top right corner, then tap the circle with 3 dots, then tap markup. 6. Choose a writing tool and color. You can use the eraser if you make a mistake.

Select the text and press Ctrl+Shift+S (or the other combination that you've chosen). The selected text will immediately be strikethrough.

Highlight the text you want to cut. To highlight text: left-click at the beginning of the section of text that you want to select, then hold and drag the cursor to the end of the section. Dragging the cursor should highlight the text with a blue background.

Create a new message in Outlook and click File > Options > Customize Ribbon. You will then be able to enable the Draw tab.

Tap on the Format icon, which is indicated by a letter A in the top-right corner. In the options that appear in the bottom half of the screen, tap the S.

If your device is touch-enabled, the Draw tab is turned on automatically. Otherwise, turn it on by selecting File > Options > Customize Ribbon > Draw.
