- You can't buy Raylo phones outright as all of our contracts are for leasing. However, if you want to keep your phone at the end of your 12 or 24 month contract, you can do so by paying a non return fee.

The price of a phone rental will depend on which model you'd like to rent and for how long. Monthly payments for 3 - 6 months rentals can be as high as £60, whereas 24 - 36 months long lease can cost in the region of £30 per month.

No worries! You can return your device for free within 30 days. Contact us, grab a return label, and drop your device off at your local post office or DPD.

For example, if you've been leasing an iPhone 11 64GB for 12 months, the non-return fee will be around £165. If you've been leasing the phone for 24 months, you'll only need to pay around £80 in order to keep it. If you've been leasing the same phone for 36 months, you'll only need to pay £1 to keep it.

You have two options: You can return the phone in good working condition. You can keep it and repay your Upfront Edge amount which will be charged to your next bill.

After your lease ends, a charge will appear on your bill for the remaining purchase-option price of your device, plus taxes.

Since the entire cost of the device will be paid by the end of the contract, you will not be required to return the device nor would there be any remaining balance to pay in order to keep the device.
