How to Close a Form Manually Click More form settings (three dots) on the top right of your form and pick Settings. Uncheck the box at the top for Accept responses. Optionally, you can enter a custom message in the text box directly below. Click the three dots to close the settings.

To delete your form completely, locate your form in Google drive, right click on the form name, then select Delete. You may also delete the form responses by following the same steps.

Here's how. Go to Microsoft Forms and sign in with your Microsoft 365 school or work account. Select the group that has the form you want to delete in your My Groups section. Find the form you want to delete, and then select More options . Select Delete. Select Continue.

Once you submit your form responses, your responses are recorded and your teacher can view them. You cannot delete them, however it is possible to submit the form again IF your teacher did not restrict it to one response only.
