Click Settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen. Select Integrations. Mouse over Paypal and click View Details. Click the Delete button beside the account name.

Void - If there was an error in a customer invoice and if you do not want to delete it, you can simply void it. Voided invoice will not be removed from the organization, hence it will not affect the invoice numbering sequence. Also, the customer cannot make payment for a voided invoice.

To delete an invoice, Go to Invoices tab and open the invoice that you want to delete. In the following screen, click on More button at the top. Click on Delete Invoice form the drop-down.

The linked payment can be removed on the invoice page under Invoices & Credit Notes > Invoices > Choose the 'Invoice' > scroll down to Payments and Credits section > click on the down arrow > Choose the 3 dots onto the right > Remove.

Voiding an invoice From Sales, click Sales Invoices. Locate the required invoice. Select the check box next to the invoice you want to void and click Delete. Enter the reason for voiding the invoice and click Yes.

Go to Sales > Customers. Click the customer's name and open the invoice. Select More located at the bottom, and choose Delete. Click Yes to confirm.

By deleting the invoice, users will be permanently removing it from their company file. On the other hand, voiding an invoice cancels a particular payment or invoice. Voiding an invoice will keep the invoice number and list it in reports but changes the amounts to zero.
