To flatten a diploma, place it face-down on a clean, hard surface such as a table or a piece of acrylic, and place a leather print weight on each corner; you can use blotting paper in between to further protect the document. Just place the certificates on a flat surface for example the kitchen table and put a book or magazine on top and then something heavy on top of the magzine. Leave overnight. Come back in the morning and it should be straightened out.
