To delete your SPECTRUM account, please send an email to our customer care in the "Help" section by clicking on "Open a ticket". Specify your full name and the email address related to the account you want to delete. Your account will be disabled and deleted in 24 business hours.

Please note that you're only able to voluntarily suspend your service once per 12-month period, regardless of whether or not you suspend for the entire 90-day window. To suspend your service, call (833) 224-6603.

You can cancel in person or by calling the help center. There is no option for online cancellation. One important thing to make sure of is that you return your router and other Spectrum equipment to avoid being charged a fee.
