Delete Company Invoice For Free

Go to Sales Invoices then select the check box next to the relevant invoice. On the action toolbar, click Delete.

You can only delete invoices when they are not paid and have not been included on a VAT return. Once deleted the invoice status shows as Void.

If you're running the app for your own use you can white label the client portal and emails by purchasing an annual white label license from within the application. If you'd like to white label the admin pages to re-sell the application please send us an email to learn about our affiliate program.

In the event that you wish to delete your account, click the red Delete Account button. If you delete your Invoice Ninja account, all data is permanently erased. There is no undo option. You'll be prompted to confirm the delete action, and to provide us with a reason to help us improve the Invoice Ninja experience.

You can purchase a white label license on Settings > Account Management to remove the logo.

Logo: Upload your company logo by clicking on the Choose File button. Browse your computer for the appropriate image file and upload it. Remember, the Invoice Ninja system supports JPEG, GIF and PNG file types. TIP: Once, you've uploaded your logo, the graphic image will appear on the page.

Each company needs to be confirmed with it's own email address after which 'Guest' should be removed. You can delete a company using /settings/account_management.

Access the transaction using: Step 2(a) EDIT and/or POST parked document. Step 2(b) DELETE parked document. From ?Edit? screen (See 2(a)):Click on Document >> Delete parked document as shown here:

To delete an invoice: On the My Invoices page, select the check box for the desired invoice. Click Delete.

Invoices cannot be deleted from your SAP Ariba account. You can fix an invoice you have already submitted the following ways: Ask your customer to reject the invoice so you can resend it.
