Copy Line Voucher For Free

The Voucher Posting process is not required to be run prior to creating payments. Define and verify a payment posting request using the Payment Posting Request page. Run the Payment Posting process using PeopleSoft Process Scheduler. Evaluate the results using the Voucher Accounting Entries page or Vendor Balance page.

Prerequisites Set up all control information. Establish your PeopleSoft Payables control hierarchy. Enter approved vendors in the system. Specify user preferences for online voucher entry on the Define User Preferences - Payables Online Vouchering page.

Reversing the entire Journal: Go to General Ledger->Journal entries->General Journal->Open a Posted Journal that you want to reverse->Go to Lines You will now see a Reverse entire journal option. Click on the Reverse entire journal: Select either existing Date or new Date Reason is optional->Click Reverse.

Journal vouchers are used to adjust accounting entries for vouchers that have been posted and paid and for vouchers whose payments have also been posted.

An adjustment voucher is used to make corrections to an existing voucher. The adjustment can be entered manually, or the original voucher information can be copied into the adjustment voucher using a copy worksheet.

To reverse one or more vouchers: Select the Reverse entire journal dropdown menu at the top of the page. The total number of vouchers and voucher lines are displayed, as well as the total amount of the lines being reversed. Select Yes to use the existing transaction dates or No to enter a new one.

Under Navigate > Receipts you can see the receipts that have been made against a Purchase Order. Select the Receipt that you need to reverse. Confirm the Receipt reversal. The reverse lines will be added to the Lines section of the receipt.

To reverse a journal: Filter on the posted journals and open the Lines view on the journal. Select the Reverse menu at the top of the page. You will see the total number of vouchers and voucher lines as well as the total amount of the lines being reversed.

In PeopleSoft Payables, the Voucher Build process creates voucher record sets for consigned items that have been consumed and costed. It does this by: Extracting data from the Depletion Accounting Entry table (CMDEPLETE). Selecting rows for which the Voucher Build status is T (to be vouchered) or E (error).

Creating Adjustment Vouchers (Optional) On the Invoice Information page, in the Copy from a Source Document group box, enter the voucher ID of the voucher that you want to reverse in the Voucher ID field, and click the Copy to Voucher button to copy the entire voucher. These fields appear only for adjustment vouchers.
