The recording owner (the person who started the recording) can edit the closed caption transcript after the recording has been uploaded to Microsoft Stream. > Open in Microsoft Stream. > Edit. Under Options, go to Captions and click Download file.

Use the Teams admin center to turn on or turn off transcription. In the Teams admin center, you can turn on or turn off the Transcription setting within a meeting policy located under Meetings > Meeting policies. This setting is off by default.

In the Teams Admin Centre, go to the settings for Audio and Video, and click the button to turn Allow Transcription off or on. In this section, you can also allow cloud recording, and choose where you want to store your transcriptions and conversations.

You can trim uploaded videos, Microsoft Teams meeting recordings, and live events. Select Trim video. (You can access this option from both the main page for a video, and the list view under the My content > Videos tab.)

Delete the transcript Open the meeting and go to Recordings & Transcripts. Select Delete. to delete the transcript.

Download the transcript vtt file. Select Calendar on the left in Teams. Open the meeting event and select the transcript. Above the transcript, select Download and then choose the file type you want.

After you upload your video, you can add captions to it. On your computer, sign in to drive.google.com. Click the video you want to add captions to. Click More.Click Add new caption tracks. Click Select file and choose a caption or transcript file. Choose the language for the captions and a name for the track.

Select Video settings from the upper-right corner of the video. Expand the Transcript and captions field. Select the Delete icon (trash can) next to the file.
