In most use cases, you shouldn't need fragments at all if you are starting a pure compose screen/app. Moreover, since there are millions of apps that still use Fragments, there will most likely be ways to use it with that, although definitely not a requirement.

LaunchedEffect: run suspend functions in the scope of a composable. To call suspend functions safely from inside a composable, use the LaunchedEffect composable. When LaunchedEffect enters the Composition, it launches a coroutine with the block of code passed as a parameter.

Recomposition is when Jetpack Compose re-executes the composables that may have changed in response to state changes, and then updates the Composition to reflect any changes. A Composition can only be produced by an initial composition and updated by recomposition.

Let's start with a composable containing Scaffold and one button. The snackbar should appear when the user presses the button. Text(text = "Click me!") Let's create a default ScaffoldState inside remember method to ensure that we use the same state even after re-composition.

We know Jetpack Compose is the future. But many of our Apps are still having Fragments. We cannot migrate everything over all at once.
