Recording a comment on a VoiceThread is quick and easy. Just navigate to the slide on which you want to record a comment, and then tap the comment button at the bottom of the VoiceThread....Text Tap on the ABC icon. Enter your text. Save.

If you're already editing the document (Edit Document > Edit in Word Web App), click Review > Show comments. In the Comments pane, click the comment you want to reply to. Click the Reply icon below it.

On the Secure tab Click Get a Link at the bottom of the window. Check the boxes to allow anyone to view and comment if you'd like anyone to be able to access this VoiceThread.Highlight the share link and copy it to your computer's clipboard so that you can paste it into the desired location. Click Done.

Add or view comments To view comments in Reading View, click Comments. To add a new comment in Reading View, select the text you want to add a comment about, and then click Comments > New Comment. To view comments in Edit View, click Review > Show Comments. To add a new comment, click Review > New Comment.

Word won't allow you to add comments to text within a text box, as you can to regular text in your document. If you absolutely must have comments in your text boxes, there are two possible solutions. The first is to work around it by just adding hidden text in the text box.

Something as simple as Thank you or Thanks or Glad you liked this one is more than fine. If they called out specifics or got detailed in their comments, responding with a similar level of personalization is ideal. In these situations, the extra step makes you more genuine and relatable.

Insert a comment Select the text you want to comment on, or click at the end of the text. On the Review tab, click New Comment. Type your comment. Word shows your comment in a balloon in the document's margin.

Start the video and click Pause where you want to add a comment. Select the commenting tool you want to use from the secondary toolbar, and then click the video frame to add the comment. Click Play to continue the video.
