If the citations in the footnotes are formatted correctly and consistently, you could copy/paste from each footnote into a "bibliography" at the end of the document. You might want to export your footnotes as their own list, possibly for a bibliography. For smaller documents you can highlight and copy and paste each footnote separately, combining them together in a new document.

Click anywhere on any footnote. Press CTRL and A together on your keyboard. Word will select all footnotes in your document.
