Hi @BautistaC888 Alteryx does not support merging columns. Having said this one workaround is that you can create a template with the first row already added, then when you output the data just select the template xlsx and select the option to append the data.

Type = and select the first cell you want to combine. Type & and use quotation marks with a space enclosed. Select the next cell you want to combine and press enter. An example formula might be =A2&" "&B2.

To apply the header row formatting to multiple rows in the table: after the table style is applied, select the rows you want included in the "header row" and on the Table tools > Layout tab, click Repeat Header Rows. If header row is ticked in Design tab > Table style options, you will see your header row formatting.
