Foxit Reader is a popular free PDF reader with a range of markup and annotation tools that make editing PDF format easy. It offers an intuitive and user-friendly interface with highlighting, underlining, strikethrough, commenting, and drawing tools.

Acrobat X, Reader X Choose File > Print. In the Print dialog box, click the Summarize Comments button. When prompted "Do you want to include the text of summarized comments...," click Yes. Summarizing comments in long documents can take some time. When the Print dialog box reappears, click OK to print the comments.

Click the Print icon or choose File > Print to open the Print dialog box. In the Print dialog box, select Document And Markups from the Comments And Forms drop-down list. Your pop-up comments are visible in the Preview pane.

Open PDF with Adobe Acrobat Reader > Go to ?File? > Choose ?Print? Tab > Click ?Summarize Comments? > Choose ?Document and Markups? > Click on ?Print?.

Choose File > Print. In the Print dialog box, click the Summarize Comments button. When prompted "Do you want to include the text of summarized comments...," click Yes.

To add comments to PDF files in Adobe Acrobat, simply open the document, click the options menu (?) in the upper right corner of the toolbar, then click Add Comments. You can also right-click directly on the PDF for the option to quickly Add Sticky Note, or Use Drawing Tool.

Saving PDF files with the notes and highlights included Choose File > Export?. Select "PDF" from the File Format popup, select the "With Embedded Notes" option, choose a location to save the PDF to, and press OK.

Using the System Shortcuts The copy command Ctrl+C (Mac: ? + C) will copy any selected annotation to the system clipboard. If an annotation is in the system clipboard when the paste command Ctrl+V (Mac: ? + V) is pressed, a copy of that annotation will be placed in the center of the screen.
