Currently, Adobe Acrobat pro DC only allows you to save two signatures. This is supposed to be one signature and one image of your initials.

In Acrobat Pro DC, per the answer in this thread, you can store up to 2 signatures. Fill & Sign tool > Sign yourself > as Add Signature and Add Initials. Put your most used signature in the Add Signature spot. Use the Add Initials spot to rotate between the PNG files of our secondary signatures.
