Set your emails to Conversation View Open Outlook. In the View tab at the top of the screen, check the Show as Conversations box. This will group together emails by conversation. You can play around with the Conversation Settings to find what works best for you.

To combine multiple emails into one in Outlook, select all of the emails you want to combine and use the "Ctrl+C" key combination. Then, click the "Inbox" tab, click the icon that looks like a stack of paper clips on the right side of the email window, and choose "Create Email from Selection."
