Classify Link Title For Free

The <title> HTML element defines the document's title that is shown in a browser's title bar or a page's tab. It only contains text; tags within the element are ignored. Metadata content.

The link anchor text is supposed to be the name of the link itself. The link title attribute is supposed to provide more information about where the link will send the user who clicks on that link.

Right-click anywhere on the link and, on the shortcut menu, click Edit Hyperlink. In the Edit Hyperlink dialog, select the text in the Text to display box. Type the text you want to use for the link, and then click OK.
