Spectrum doesn't allow you to cancel service online through your account or their mobile app. You can either cancel over the phone, or in person. The only way to cancel your Spectrum internet service is by calling (833) 267-6094 and starting the process by saying Disconnect Service. You can't cancel your Spectrum internet service on the website or by chatting with an agent online. Spectrum wants to make canceling as difficult as possible.

With Charter Spectrum, you can own several accounts with different addresses. There is no problem. You are billed for each one, no sharing of equipment is allowed. There are some customers who are paying for, and have, multiple modems on the same account, in the same address.

Can I take my modem to another house? You can take your modem to another house so long as it works with the same internet connection type you have in your new home. It also has to be certified to work on your new internet provider's network. Otherwise you'll need to get a new modem or rent one from your provider.

How do I let Spectrum know that I'm moving? Call 1.855. 363.4906 to speak with a Spectrum representative about transferring your services. Spectrum recommends you do this at least two weeks before your move, but you can call to schedule your service transfer at any time.
