When looking to change your address for your Connecticut DMV, you have two options to pick from: Online on the Office of the Connecticut State's website. In person by visiting your closest DMV office. By mail filling in the change of address form.

Connecticut DMV Change of Address stickers can be obtained at the Berlin Police Headquarters - Records Division during normal business hours. The stickers are affixed to your driver's license, and note your current address. Connecticut DMV vehicle registration packets can also be obtained from our Records Division.
