Fields can be marked as mandatory, meaning they must contain a value before the record can be saved. Mandatory fields are marked with a field status indicator before the label.

Go to Admin settings > Lead/Contact/Account/Deal module > Add Fields. You can make a field mandatory either while adding a new field(custom fields) or editing one (default and custom fields). To edit a field, click the Edit icon of the field from the custom field list.

A required question means the form owner requires an answer for that question before you can submit the form. If you have no response to this field, you can fill in None, Nil, Not Available, Does not apply to me, 0, or other related answers.
